Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and PKR100 ("PKR100", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the PKR100 platform, website, mobile interface and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

PKR100 is an English-language online casino and sports betting information platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer products, and related informational content. By registering an account, depositing funds or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, free bets or other incentive awards granted to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money from you to your Account using an accepted payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm your eligibility and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the PKR100 website, any associated mobile applications, and all services, tools and content made available through them.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "We / Us / Our" refers to PKR100 and its operating entity.
• "You / Your" refers to the individual accessing the Platform and bound by these Terms.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on PKR100, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
4. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for a breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current or former employee of PKR100, nor a close family member of such an employee, unless explicit written consent has been granted.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

PKR100 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. You must update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. PKR100 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

PKR100 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

KYC & Verification

PKR100 operates Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") procedures in accordance with the requirements of its operating license jurisdiction. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any point, including at registration, before your first withdrawal, or if your account activity triggers a compliance review.

Acceptable identity documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Valid passport
• Government-issued photo identification

Proof of address may be requested in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement or similar document issued within the last three months. Documents must be legible, unaltered and clearly show your full name, address and date of issue.

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, PKR100 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals. We will handle all submitted documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be made using the payment methods available in your account region. Payment method availability varies by jurisdiction. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other providers on this Platform are for contextual and informational purposes only. Their availability as active deposit channels depends on your account jurisdiction and is subject to change without notice.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or cards in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. PKR100 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend the Account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. PKR100 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference.

PKR100 does not accept cash deposits or payments made via cryptocurrency unless explicitly stated as an available option in your account dashboard.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
2. All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
3. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with AML obligations.
4. Processing times vary by payment method. We aim to review and approve withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements.
5. PKR100 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
6. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request. Amounts below the minimum cannot be withdrawn until the balance reaches the threshold.

Bonuses & Promotions

PKR100 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless stated otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Eligibility criteria are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• Bonus funds have an expiry date. Any bonus not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• PKR100 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be provided.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any attempt to exploit promotional structures, including through coordinated play, arbitrage or pattern betting designed to extract value while minimising genuine risk, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the PKR100 Platform are subject to the specific game and sport rules applicable to each product. These rules are made available within each game or betting interface.

In the event of any technical failure, game error or communication interruption during a bet or game round:

• PKR100 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly and in line with the relevant game provider's rules.
• Bets placed during a known technical fault may be voided at PKR100's discretion.
• PKR100's decision on the outcome of any dispute relating to a technical fault shall, subject to the applicable complaints process, be final.

For sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and accepted, the odds at time of acceptance are locked. Live in-play bets are subject to the live odds displayed at the moment of acceptance.

PKR100 covers sports markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports. Market availability is subject to change and PKR100 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market.

PKR100 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed in circumstances that suggest unfair exploitation of a pricing error.

Responsible Gambling

PKR100 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps via your account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic log-outs based on session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications informing you of time spent and funds wagered during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cool-off period or permanent self-exclusion via account settings or by contacting support.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. A self-excluded player must not attempt to open a new account or circumvent the exclusion. Any attempt to do so may result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.

Gambling is intended for adults only. You must be 18 years of age or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction — to use this Platform. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other process.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes rather than reporting them to PKR100.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour towards PKR100 staff.

Intellectual Property

All content on the PKR100 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces and software, is the property of PKR100 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of PKR100.

Game content made available through third-party software providers remains the intellectual property of the respective provider. Use of such content is governed by the terms of the applicable provider licence.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR100 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or anticipated savings.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the loss arose from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions or connectivity issues beyond PKR100's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict PKR100's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. PKR100 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Account Suspension & Termination

PKR100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by you without valid cause.
• At PKR100's sole discretion, in order to comply with applicable regulatory or legal obligations.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is not attributable to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets at time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game or sport rules.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PKR100 holds its operating license. The specific governing jurisdiction is detailed in the platform's licensing information.

PKR100 does not operate under Pakistani law and makes no representation that its services comply with the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 or any other Pakistani statute. Users in Pakistan access this Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available by contacting [email protected].

Amendments

PKR100 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notification on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the current version of these Terms came into force. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any updates.
